    Drug and Alcohol Assessment

Rootwork, LLC offers comprehensive assessment and referral services for individuals with current or past patterns of alcohol or drug abuse. Our assessments gather and analyze detailed information regarding a client’s substance use behaviors, alongside their social, medical, and treatment history. The primary aim of the assessment is to identify problems and, if appropriate, facilitate access to substance abuse-related treatment or referrals.

    DUI Evaluations

As part of our services, we conduct evaluations for individuals convicted of DUI offenses. Before sentencing, a licensed evaluator assesses the individual level of chemical dependency, if any, and recommends an appropriate treatment program to the court. These recommendations are often adopted by the judge as conditions of the offender probation.
